LoveTweet!! is a real-time feed of tweets with love. The idea for it is almost as old as Twitter itself (from the Twttr days back in 2006).
It lay dormant for a long time, in this case until the 2008 US presidential election. Many tweets at that time were about hope and positivity. And yes, love.
Expressing a love of someone or something was at the heart of that original idea in '06. We all express love of many things and people on Twitter, not just hope and Obama, every minute of every day.
The simple aim of LoveTweet is to show that flow. And if we can express love in 140 characters or less, there really is hope in this world!
